Chaque fois que nous fixons quelque chose - comme lorsque je fixe la cam\u00e9ra - c'est cette partie de la r\u00e9tine que nous utilisons. C'est tr\u00e8s important, car la vision centrale - c'est vraiment l\u00e0 que nous obtenons nos d\u00e9tails chaque fois que nous nous concentrons sur quelque chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 et d'apporter le maximum de nutriments \u00e0 la macula, il existe certains suppl\u00e9ments vitaminiques - certains sont excellents, d'autres sont discutables - et j'aimerais donc passer en revue les diff\u00e9rents types de suppl\u00e9ments pour les diff\u00e9rents objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le soleil est l'une des principales causes de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de nos r\u00e9tines, de nos maculas et de nos yeux en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ainsi que, dans une certaine mesure, la lumi\u00e8re bleue \u00e9mise par les appareils num\u00e9riques - voil\u00e0 quelques raisons pour lesquelles nos maculas peuvent se d\u00e9grader avec le temps et nous faire perdre la qualit\u00e9 de notre vision. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, cela se produit plus tard dans la vie, mais cela peut arriver plus t\u00f4t. Les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux de d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence maculaire ou de maladie de la r\u00e9tine sont donc une raison majeure de commencer \u00e0 prendre un compl\u00e9ment alimentaire pour les yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les suppl\u00e9ments peuvent r\u00e9duire le risque de progression de la maladie maculaire. Ils sont utiles, mais il ne s'agit en aucun cas d'un rem\u00e8de ou d'un traitement contre la d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence maculaire. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, tout ce que nous avons, c'est notre r\u00e9gime alimentaire et la protection de nos yeux contre les rayonnements nocifs. Les nutriments qui apportent \u00e0 la couche pigmentaire de la macula ce dont elle a sp\u00e9cifiquement besoin sont la z\u00e9axanthine et la lut\u00e9ine et, dans une certaine mesure, la vitamine C, la vitamine A et d'autres antioxydants.
